Meet the Con

Matt and I realize that determination and great ideas are not enough to do a successful flip. We chose to bring in the big guns and skillful master - Mark Levey - "The Con" and Matt's twin brother. He will be in and out of the operation, ensuring we do things right and that we are passing on the best advice to you.

Mark has over 12 years of construction related experience in a variety of areas, including but not limited to, carpentry, heavy equipment operations, masonry, plumbing, and electrical in the construction and remodeling of residential and light commercial buildings.  He has vast experience working with engineering/construction plans and estimating projects with varying complexities and sizes.

Mark received a degree in Building/Construction Trades from Alfred State University in 2004.  Within approximately one year of graduation and at the young age of 22, he started his own construction business, Mark Levey General Construction. Prior to starting his own business, Mark worked for a general contractor in upstate New York, where the majority of his work included roofing, siding, replacement doors and windows, painting, and fascia/metal work.  Once he had successfully started his own business, Mark diversified into all areas of building trades, including both new and old construction.  Mark still specializes in siding and roofing, which he proudly offers a personal guarantee for the life of the roofing application that he installs; however, his scope of services has expanded well beyond those applications to include nearly all aspects of residential and light commercial building construction.

Mark has "done it all" when it comes to general construction, but he especially enjoys interior work like kitchens and bathrooms because he can focus on the details that tend to sell properties.  He will tell you that new construction is "easy" and that he likes both residential and commercial renovations because every project is unique, noting that once you open up the walls, it's often like opening up a can of worms - you never know what you are going to get.

Over the years, Mark has developed strong relations with clientele - mostly by word of mouth.  This has enabled him to grow his business and stay prosperous throughout the tough economic times.  Mark looks forward to continuing his general construction practice while simultaneously working along side his twin to develop a strong, successful property investment business.
